Detailed Description:
Horiba LA-950A2 Analyzer, Particle Size adn Horiba LY-9502 Mini-Flow Recirculation Unit. The recirculation unit is controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) as EAR99. This item is not considered proliferation sensitive.  The scattering particle analyzer is controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 3A999 for terrorism and regional stability concerns. This item does qualify under DOE regulations as High-Risk Property. There are no export control issues with the domestic disposition of the equipment. In accordance with DoD Manual 4160.28 Volume II, this item has a DEMIL code Q with an IC of 6. Before the item(s) can be shipped, the Transfer of Custody form must be reviewed and approved by the Export Control Department, and a signed End User Agreement must be obtained from the end user. Forms will be sent to the recipient when item(s) are awarded.  Shipping must be scheduled by the awardee of the item.
