DILLION Mechanical Dynamometer Usable Condition **PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON AN ACCESS CONTROLLED LOCATION; ALL PERSONNEL PICKING UP OR INSPECTING PROPERTY MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS WITH A VALID FEDERAL OR STATE PICTURE ID AND NO WARRANTS**. REAL ID is required. Items are offered As Is, Without Warranty. Winning bidders are responsible for loading, packing, removal, and or shipping of property awarded to them from where it is located. No forklift support is available. Scheduled inspection and or pickup times are by appointment ONLY Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm closed on federal holidays. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection is highly recommended. Purchaser's Receipt, Transfer Order, Letter of Authorization to Remove are required to pickup items. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
